We built YouWorking because hiring was eating our afternoons.

Like most small-business owners, we never planned to become the HR department. But every time a position opened, it landed on us: reading resumes between customers, chasing people to schedule, blocking off afternoons to interview, and getting stood up anyway. Three no-shows once cost us $1,200 of income in a single afternoon — and we still had nobody hired.

So we built the tool we wanted. Not another bloated HR platform with pipelines and per-seat pricing, but a simple way to look before you commit: every resume scored and ranked the moment it arrives, every first-round interview recorded on the candidate's own time, and a ranked shortlist with the evidence attached waiting for you when you are ready.
